Precious Pets Paradise has a nice selection of different styles and types of heated cat beds. Have you tried them? I've also seen different models at PetSmart, but not sure if they were battery operated.

If you want to order online, you can find them at retailers such as Cozy Winters and Precious Pets Paradise. If you prefer to purchase in person, you may want to try retailers such as Petsmart, where I have seen these beds. You may want to hurry, however, as they may be a seasonal item.
