Hi Chad,
I've owned Siamese all my life and never had one with bleeding gums. No matter the breed, the bleeding gums is a sign of an underlying disease. It is possible that some breeds are more prone to tooth decay. At four years old, your cat really shouldn't be having these problems already. My advice would be to seek out a specialist in feline dental hygiene. Ask your vet for a recommendation. It sounds like your cat has an underlying problem causing this issue. While it might not be life threatening, he may eventually suffer further tooth decay or gum issues.

It sounds like she may have an anal sac infection. It can cause a discharge and often smells very bad. You'll need to take her to the vet. If this is the problem, he'll likely expel the infection and give her a course of antibiotics to clear it up.
