Hi Mila,
Just like people, cats can be allergic to all different things. It sounds like he is allergic to one of the ingredients in the Wellness Cat Food. I would switch him to something else. Try to look at the list of ingredients on the bag. The ingredients at the top are typically the highest percentage of the food. Look carefully, because this is likely one of the ingredients your cat is allergic to. You may want to ask one of the store associates to help you find another brand to try. Good luck!
-- Contributed by: LoriSoardi started my cat on the Wellness grain free food and after being on it for about a month he cannot stop scratching and biting! his hair is falling off and he has welts. all of the skin allergy symptons this food is supposed to prevent... why? has anyone else had this problem?

I think your best bet is to speak with your veterinarian about which food he wants her on. Each diabetic cat will have different needs, depending upon how severe the problem is. Also, a diabetic cat needs a very careful balance.
-- Contributed by: LoriSoardI have a cat recently diagnosed with diabetes. She has a bit of kidney issues too I give her a 1.5 insulin shot once a day
Is Wellness canned chicken formula good for her? what is the carbohydrates per can?
